Members of Latin America have the opportunity to share their experiences by participating in local working groups that result in recommendations.
They are used to share the knowledge of the region, and at the same time make recommendations of best practices.
Yet, they are often used to persuade decision makers to choose best practices in upcoming projects, contracts, or bids.

Public contracting has changed. If until recently the public contractual model was characterized by its verticality and imposability, with the Public Power deciding alone and without any market participation the contracting conditions, increasingly has been recognized, in the market and in the public sector, the importance of consensuality as a means to improve contracting, thus admitting the direct participation of private initiative in the construction of the project.

  This research was carried out by the CittaMobi application, it was obtained more than 40 responses from users of the public transport system in more than 80 cities in Brazil. The survey evaluated users' perceptions regarding security, especially the perception of the female audience regarding sexual harassment. Full research will be available 30th March!
